Skills: - Mandatory skills • Strong experience in SSIS and SQL Server development, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC). • Experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) highly preferred. • Experience with SSRS and creating complex, parameterized reports. Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: - • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SSIS Report Developer with a strong background in healthcare data systems. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ETL processes and reporting solutions using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server, with a focus on HIPAA-compliant data handling and clinical data integration. • This role plays a critical part in supporting data-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) healthcare data from various sources including EHR/EMR systems, claims databases, and third-party APIs. • Develop and deploy SSRS reports and dashboards for clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders. Collaborate with clinical informatics, compliance, and business teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and relevance. • Ensure all data handling and reporting processes comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Optimize SQL queries and SSIS packages for performance and scalability. Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot data integration issues. • Maintain documentation for data mappings, workflows, and report specifications. Participate in audits and data quality initiatives to ensure integrity and security of patient data.
