As a Strategic IT Consultant, you will become a trusted advisor to multiple clients, aligning their technology strategies with their business goals to fuel growth and efficiency. You’ll lead from the front, driving IT innovation, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and optimizing IT operations to keep businesses ahead of the curve. This position is for our office located in Tempe, AZ and serves clients in Georgia, Arizona, northern California, and nationwide. Using their business analytics skills, is also responsible for determining use cases for clients around AI, Automation, and Integration that will take the clients’ environments to the next level of efficiency. Prioritize Security: Expert in cybersecurity and risk management, ensuring robust protection and compliance for client systems. Manage Relationships: Excel at building strong client relationships and managing vendors to deliver exceptional value and support. Stay Agile & Adaptable: Quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and industry trends in the rapidly evolving IT landscape. What will you do? Create and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with clients' business goals to drive growth and efficiency. Spearhead initiatives to modernize and streamline IT infrastructure, leveraging emerging technologies to improve our client’s operations. Implement robust security measures and oversee compliance with industry regulations to protect client data and systems. Oversee technology budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Offer high-level IT advisory services to C-suite executives, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of IT strategies and report on business outcomes. Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate new solutions to keep clients competitive and forward-thinking. Manage and coordinate with third-party technology providers to ensure high-quality service and optimal technology solutions. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs and objectives, enhancing overall performance and productivity. Analyze ticket trends in support tickets and provide clients with strategic recommendations based on these insights. Responsible for client documentation for assigned clients per Snap Tech IT Client Documentation Policy. Maintain an accurate account of time spent on client projects/tickets through detailed ticket notes using our ConnectWise Manage ticketing system. Primarily work from the office while traveling onsite within the metro area as required. Any travel outside of the metro area will be pre–planned and scheduled accordingly. Qualifications and Skill Requirements: College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 8+ years equivalent work experience. Multiple vendor certifications and accreditations in primary technologies. Knowledge of Managed Services, Security Solutions, Cloud Solutions, Backup/Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, and Storage. Proven track record of developing and providing implementation paths for client’s projects ensuring all implementations maintain Snap Tech IT standards defined. Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning with purpose. Proven Experience in Developing Long-Term IT Strategies Strong documentation skills. Ability to absorb and retain information quickly. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users. Ability to identify client’s workflows and implement IT solutions to help those clients become more efficient in products/solutions they offer their clients. Keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer service orientation. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools and other computer components. Valid Driver’s license and reliable method of transportation.
