If you are passionate about leveraging your technical skills to make a tangible impact within a forward-thinking business, Aspen Insurance offers the perfect platform for your next career move.
What you'll do:
β’ Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support for Aspen's SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring optimal performance across multiple modules including Employee Central, Reporting, Performance Management, and especially the Learning Management System (LMS).
β’ Collaborate closely with the HR Technology Partner, Data Analytics Partner, and IT function to evaluate current system configurations and develop detailed health check analyses against current SuccessFactors capabilities.
β’ Serve as project manager for key system enhancements by contributing to project plans, cost estimates, scoping activities, and impact recommendations while ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
β’ Support the planning and implementation of system releases by conducting technical assessments of proposed changes and managing change activities in line with business requirements.
β’ Develop robust documentation for all processes associated with each SuccessFactors module-including workbooks, tactical plans, technical schemes, step-by-step guides, and cyclical year-end playbooks-to facilitate consistent knowledge transfer.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert within the HR Technology team to ensure adherence to corporate IT guidelines regarding systems documentation, release processes, and project management standards.
β’ Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward & Payroll), Audit, Compliance, Risk & Controls teams as well as external vendors like SAP, Arago & CrunchR to execute technology-related initiatives effectively.
β’ Monitor HR technology trends and regulatory changes to keep leadership informed of upcoming enhancements or compliance issues impacting both UK-based and global offices.
β’ Maintain consultative relationships across HR teams to ensure that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions that support operational goals.
β’ Promote technical learning within the HRIS team by supporting colleagues' professional growth in supported modules.
What you bring:

β’ Proven track record of supporting core HR platforms in various business sectors over 7-10 years with certified SF Consultant status being essential.
β’ Extensive experience configuring systems integrations between third-party vendors and SuccessFactors modules while ensuring data integrity throughout all transactions.
β’ Advanced understanding of how HR systems underpin functional areas such as Compensation, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration-and how these can be enhanced through technology.
β’ Strong stakeholder management skills enabling you to present complex data or technical information clearly to non-technical decision makers at all levels of the organisation.
β’ Experience delivering high-quality HR Management Information (HRMI) reports along with analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights for business leaders.
β’ Working knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodologies as well as Waterfall systems development life cycles; familiarity with Qualtrics is advantageous but not required.
β’ Ability to conduct root cause analysis on defect management issues while translating functional requirements into clear systems specifications aligned with Aspen's IT standards.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills allowing you to articulate both big-picture impacts and task-level details when discussing changes or enhancements.
