📌 Job Title: Business Operations Specialist – Supply Chain & Business Planning 📍 Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) 🔍 Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management, Advanced Excel, Promotion Analysis, and Business Planning. This role is pivotal in driving accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support our fast-paced, data-driven operations. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain sales forecasts using variables like traffic, seasonality, and promotions. • Conduct promotion and ROI analysis to evaluate business impact across platforms. • Build and manage PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) at the SKU level. • Align forecasts with category teams and coordinate with SCM and PM teams for supply planning. • Monitor inventory flow, manage aging stock, and ensure SOP compliance. • Lead category calls to align on sales, demand, and inventory plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Finance, Logistics, and Business Operations. • Utilize Tableau and internal SCM systems for data analysis and demand loading. 📈 Skills & Tools: • Supply Chain Management • Advanced Excel (modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis) • Promotion Analysis & Business Planning • Forecasting & Inventory Management • Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking • Tools: • Excel – Advanced modeling and reporting • Tableau – Data visualization and trend analysis • Internal SCM Systems – Demand loading, inventory tracking 🎓 Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). • 6+ years of experience in: • Ecommerce business planning • Supply chain and inventory management • Category management or analytics-intensive roles • Experience with national retailers or carriers in consumer electronics is a plus. • Familiarity with ML/AI models for forecasting and pricing is a bonus. 🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile: • Highly analytical with strong business acumen. • Hands-on and detail-oriented with complex data sets. • Adaptable and collaborative in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills. 📅 Interview Process: • 2–3 rounds of interviews via Webex: • Initial interview with hiring manager • Functional interviews with team members • Excel test and case-based questions 💬 Comments for Suppliers: Looking for candidates with strong supply chain forecasting and management experience in a complex business environment.
