π Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid β 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
π Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management, Advanced Excel, Promotion Analysis, and Business Planning. This role is pivotal in driving accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support our fast-paced, data-driven operations.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and maintain sales forecasts using variables like traffic, seasonality, and promotions.
β’ Conduct promotion and ROI analysis to evaluate business impact across platforms.
β’ Build and manage PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) at the SKU level.
β’ Align forecasts with category teams and coordinate with SCM and PM teams for supply planning.
β’ Monitor inventory flow, manage aging stock, and ensure SOP compliance.
β’ Lead category calls to align on sales, demand, and inventory plans.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Finance, Logistics, and Business Operations.
β’ Utilize Tableau and internal SCM systems for data analysis and demand loading.

β’ Experience with national retailers or carriers in consumer electronics is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with ML/AI models for forecasting and pricing is a bonus.
