We are seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst (CPT/OPT eligible) to support supply chain operations, reporting, demand planning, and data-driven process improvements.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities and a passion for supply chain, logistics, and operations management.
β Key Responsibilities
β’ Support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning operations.
β’ Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
β’ Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics (inventory levels, order accuracy, lead times).
β’ Assist in supply planning, vendor performance tracking, and order fulfillment.
β’ Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams.
β’ Maintain supply chain documentation, workflows, and process diagrams.
β’ Work with ERP/SCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (training provided).
β’ Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
β’ Ensure data accuracy and perform quality checks for reporting.
β Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
β’ Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
β’ Understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business needs.
β Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
β’ Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
β’ Familiarity with supply chain KPIs β inventory turnover, order accuracy, lead times, stockouts.
β’ Exposure to ERP/SCM platforms β SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
β’ Academic projects in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
β’ Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, or capacity planning.
