Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst (CPT/OPT Accepted) Client: Crestwood Global Solutions Location: Remote (United States) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Visa: CPT, OPT Experience: 0–1 Year ⭐ Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst (CPT/OPT eligible) to support supply chain operations, reporting, demand planning, and data-driven process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities and a passion for supply chain, logistics, and operations management. ⭐ Key Responsibilities • Support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning operations. • Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics (inventory levels, order accuracy, lead times). • Assist in supply planning, vendor performance tracking, and order fulfillment. • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams. • Maintain supply chain documentation, workflows, and process diagrams. • Work with ERP/SCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (training provided). • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies. • Ensure data accuracy and perform quality checks for reporting. ⭐ Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus. • Understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business needs. ⭐ Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have) • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization. • Familiarity with supply chain KPIs — inventory turnover, order accuracy, lead times, stockouts. • Exposure to ERP/SCM platforms — SAP, Oracle, NetSuite. • Academic projects in supply chain, procurement, or logistics. • Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, or capacity planning. ⭐ Why Join Us • Work on real supply chain and operations projects. • Excellent environment for CPT & OPT students to gain U.S. industry experience. • Hands-on exposure to tools like Excel, ERP systems, and BI dashboards. • Growth opportunity into roles like Supply Chain Specialist, Operations Analyst, or Logistics Analyst.
