Supply Chain Data Analyst

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN 46268 (On-site). Details of the position are as follows: Pay: $34-37/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Assignment: 3 months with potential of extension based on performance and budget. Key Responsibilities Project & Performance Management • Manage cost-savings initiatives, tracking milestones, deliverables, and financial impact. • Monitor supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and coordinate escalation processes. • Maintain and distribute performance dashboards and cost-savings reports. Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. • Build and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and leadership reporting. • Support routine and ad-hoc reporting for procurement leadership. Supplier & Data Governance • Maintain the Supplier Risk Portal and ensure supplier data accuracy. • Track supplier progress on environmental compliance and sustainability surveys. • Maintain purchasing master data and support data quality and process improvements. Qualifications Required • Project management experience with strong organizational skills • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with dashboards/BI tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Preferred • Procurement or supply chain experience • Experience with ERP systems, supplier portals, or procurement analytics platforms • Experience working with global suppliers Please forward this email to any friends or colleagues as we do offer a Referral Bonus for any candidate who is hired and still gainfully employed after 30 days.
