Role description
Job Title: Supply Chain Data Processor Level: Associate Location: Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 4 days a week onsite) Job Type: Contract through 2/1/2026 (Potential for extension or conversion) Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Supply Chain Data Processor to support high-volume data entry and processing tasks within our supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys repetitive tasks, and is comfortable working with thousands of lines of SKU and quantity data. You’ll be working primarily in Excel and SAP ERP, following clearly defined SOPs to execute data transfers and updates across distribution centers. Key Responsibilities: • Process large volumes of SKU and quantity data across multiple distribution centers (DCs) • Perform repetitive tasks such as copy-paste operations, data validation, and record updates • Use Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP) to match and verify data accuracy • Navigate and update records within SAP ERP systems • Follow structured SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy in data handling • Maintain high attention to detail while working with thousands of lines of data • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing • Provide responsive and professional customer service to internal stakeholders • Work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field or equivalent years of experience • 2+ years of experience minimum in a data processing or analyst role, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, or operations setting • Experience with Excel (including VLOOKUP and basic formulas) and SAP ERP • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment • Prior experience in data entry, business operations, or supply chain support • Ability to process and manage large datasets (thousands of lines) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a supply chain or logistics environment • Familiarity with SKU management or inventory optimization • Previous experience following SOPs for data processing tasks
