NetSuite & Finance Systems Administrator/Consultant Outside IR35 – 6-9 month contract (initial term) The Opportunity Our client is a globally recognised alternative investments manager. With a global footprint, a diversified range of funds and AUM of $100bn the company and its day-to-day operation is both impressive and complex. They have experienced significant growth in recent years, both organic and through corporate level M&A, leading to a programme of transformation work. This project sits at Group level in their London HQ This is an opportunity to join their Group Finance Systems & Transformation team and play a key role in providing global support across the finance systems/IT estate and support a fast-evolving data and AI strategy. The Requirement An urgent need exists for an expert level NetSuite practitioner and wider finance systems consultant/administrator to support the programme of work. You will need a deep understanding of NetSuite system configuration and capability, whilst bringing additional experience in providing advanced support and administration to associated finance software’s and NetSuite plug in’s. Project initiatives • Supporting major Finance Systems transformation • Assisting in design and enhancement of finance systems capability, where appropriate • Working with internal and external development teams to ensure rapid adoption of new system capability • Training users on all new/enhanced functionality • Integration /onboarding for acquisitions resulting from corporate M&A activity • Actively supporting the global data strategy architecture programme Ongoing requirements • Day to day system support and access requirements • Managing all hierarchy and security settings • 1st line requests from global user base • Some configuration work to improve basic system capability • Being active in enabling the company wide data strategy through strict master data management Essential Experience • Prior NetSuite administration, with certifications ideally in place • Exposure across other ERP to super user level • Experience with AP software, AR software and ERP plug in’s • Administrative level experience on financial reporting/Planning tools like HFM, Workiva, Anaplan, OneStream • Hands on experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools like Tableau and PowerBI • Knowledge of scripting and use of basic programming – such as SQL, Python, VBA, PowerQuery What’s on offer This is a high profile programme and a challenging environment.
