Take a look at the below opportunity, or feel free to visit RandstadUSA.com to view and apply. location: Charlotte, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $48.00 - 53.59 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Role and Responsibilities: This individual will serve as a lead analyst, focusing on the reporting and strategic insights needed to guide complex SQA initiatives. • Reporting & Analysis: Develop and manage KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement, especially for automation initiatives. • Strategic Consulting: Consult on and participate in complex SQA initiatives and deliverables, using data to inform large-scale planning. • Problem Resolution: Review and analyze moderately complex SQA challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors and contributing to resolutions. • Deliverable Creation: Produce executive-ready deliverables such as briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps to communicate key insights and findings. Qualifications Required Skillsets and Experience: We are looking for a professional with at least four years of experience in SQA, with a strong emphasis on reporting and analytical skills. Skills • Technical Tools: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and ALM Octane. • Data & Reporting: Proven ability to define and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards. • Communication: Exceptional oral and written skills with a demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations and documents. • Compliance: Solid understanding of SQA procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
