Role: T24 Developer Location: - Remote working EST hours Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Description: Description: The TRANSACT Data Migration developer to build and execute ETL processes for data migration between R11 and R25 systems. The role involves writing Pick Basic / Java migration scripts, validating data accuracy and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth cutover into the target system. Responsibilities: Uses ETL tools and scripts to extract data from R11 legacy system. • Transform the extracted data into the required formats, and load the transformed data into the new R22/25 system. • Conduct rigorous unit testing to validate data accuracy and completeness. • Performs reconciliations to identify and resolve any data discrepancy or errors. • Collaborates with business analysts and product owners to formulate requirements into designs and solutions, fix programs, execute migrations and validate accuracy. • Documents new or changed software solutions in source, confluence/JIRA, where appropriate • Communicates progress/issues to line management • Performs Unit Testing and supports SIT/UAT team during testing and preparation of Rollout. • Participates in daily stand-up meetings Qualifications: Resource has strong programming skills in R11 and R22 - Can demonstrate knowledge as a programmer in Temenos environment.
