Responsibilities: • Build and optimize Tableau dashboards, stories, and visualizations. • Work with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create solutions. • Ensure dashboard performance, usability, and data integrity. • Use SQL for data prep and work with large data sets. • Maintain Tableau Server/Cloud workbooks and data sources. • Implement row-level security and governance. • Mentor junior developers and support users. • Document dashboard logic and data models. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep experience. • Excellent SQL and data modeling knowledge. • Proficient with data sources (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, Excel). • Understanding of ETL and data warehousing. • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
