Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Tableau Developer to join their team. As a Tableau Developer, you will be part of a high impact data and analytics team. This team is responsible for delivering advanced reporting and analytical solutions that support key business decisions and technology initiatives The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Tableau Developer Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? • Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize data and uncover trends. • Develop and manage data pipelines using SQL, Hive, and other tools to support reporting and analytics. • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver insights through reports and prototypes. • Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting and analytics solutions. • Lead analytical efforts including data transformation, modeling, and experimentation to support business decisions. What's Needed? • 8+ years of Tableau and 2+ years of Power BI experience, with strong dashboard-building skills. • Advanced SQL skills including stored procedures, and experience with tools like SSIS, Hadoop, Oracle, or Teradata. • Experience with incident management datasets (e.g., ServiceNow, Maximo, ITSM). • Strong Python and statistical knowledge for data analysis, modeling, and machine learning. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
