This team is responsible for delivering advanced reporting and analytical solutions that support key business decisions and technology initiatives The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize data and uncover trends.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using SQL, Hive, and other tools to support reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver insights through reports and prototypes.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting and analytics solutions.
• Lead analytical efforts including data transformation, modeling, and experimentation to support business decisions.
What's Needed?
• 8+ years of Tableau and 2+ years of Power BI experience, with strong dashboard-building skills.
• Advanced SQL skills including stored procedures, and experience with tools like SSIS, Hadoop, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Experience with incident management datasets (e.g., ServiceNow, Maximo, ITSM).
• Strong Python and statistical knowledge for data analysis, modeling, and machine learning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
