W2 Referral US,GC, TN, H4, OPT, (must provide card expiration needs to be after 10/20/2026) Interview Mode: 1 WebEx int and then possible in person or final webex interview and decision Charlotte NC (Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote) For this Tableau role (need to have large enterprise exp) Note From Manager need 1: He is in need of a Tableau expert FE Visualizations - processing of data and creating visuals Kind of like a graphic designer role but for graphs so they may need a portfolio or proof of previous work Processing client requests - how / what to visualize with the data provided need 2. SME Data Engineer / Data Arch / Warehouse BE data SME for tableau How to gather and structure data to create insights Knowledge of the visualization side of the house / experience but does not need to be their SME Needed experience - Large enterprise Responsibilities • Bridge data visualization with user experience, ensure clarity, performance, and brand consistency • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports • Implement advanced interactivity, filters, and drill-down capabilities in user facing dashboard • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into visual solutions • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business objectives • Optimize existing Tableau reports for performance and usability • Ensure visual consistency with enterprise branding standards (color, typography, layout) • Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Provide actionable insights through storytelling and visual analytics • Document data sources, dashboard logic, and user guides • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training/documentation for dashboard consumers Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server • 3+ years in a large enterprise environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically • Understanding of data visualization principles and UX best practices • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases • Proficiency in optimizing performance with large datasets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Familiarity with a variety of data sources, SQL and Tableau Data Extracts (TDE/Hyper) • Deep understanding of data modeling, visualization best practices, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights Desired Skills • Experience with other analytical tools (Power BI, etc.) • Development experience with Python, Java, SQL or other backend • Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist or Professional) • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner • Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset
