🔑 Key Responsibilities
• 🎨 Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards & reports.
• 📊 Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into data visualizations.
• 🗄️ Build optimized SQL queries for large, complex datasets.
• 📌 Apply best practices in data visualization & UX design.
• 🔒 Implement row-level security, filters, and parameters in Tableau Server.
• 🤝 Collaborate with data engineers & business stakeholders.
• ⚡ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize dashboard performance.
• ✅ Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
• 🔄 Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and the full SDLC process.
✅ Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop & Server.
• Advanced Tableau skills: LOD expressions, dynamic parameters, filters, calculated fields.
• Strong SQL development with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable & performant dashboards.
• Excellent knowledge of data visualization principles.
• Strong communication skills with both technical & business stakeholders.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Tableau Prep or other ETL/data prep tools.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in finance, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Tableau Certification (Desktop Certified Professional preferred).
