Tableau Developer - (NJ or TX)

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Tableau Developer to join their team. As a Tableau Developer, you will be part of the Data Analytics team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Tableau Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX Pay Range: $63- $66/ hr on W2 (Depends on year's of exp.) What's the Job? • Lead projects from inception through go live, managing the project lifecycle across business requirements and status reports. • Collaborate with delivery leads on the creation of the solution roadmap and provide timely status of deliverables related to roadmap execution. • Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders. • Support agile activities, including user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, product backlog grooming, and identifying key dependencies and risks. • Perform validation testing of reports/functionality prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). What's Needed? • 7+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with Oracle SQL and other standard database query tools. • Experience in data analysis and data mapping techniques. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos).
