Job Description-
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Visualization Expert with intermediate to advanced SQL programming experience to support the development of dashboards and queries for our Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) function. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interactive and informative visualizations to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions, as well as developing and optimizing SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and develop interactive and dynamic dashboards using Tableau to visualize complex data sets and support omnichannel decision-making
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for data visualization and analysis
β’ Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including databases and data warehouses
β’ Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform omnichannel strategies and tactics
β’ Create data models and data visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
β’ Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, data models, and data visualizations
β’ Participate in the development of data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective use of data visualizations
β’ Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices in Tableau and SQL programming, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve data visualizations and query performance
Requirements:
β’ 3+ years of experience with Tableau, including experience with data visualization, dashboard development, and data storytelling
β’ Intermediate to advanced SQL programming skills, including experience with query optimization and data modeling
β’ Strong understanding of data analysis and data visualization principles, including data visualization best practices and data storytelling techniques
β’ Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems, including data warehouses and databases
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
β’ Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives is a plus
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required; Master's degree is preferred

β’ Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata and/or SQL Server
