Title : Talend TDM Developer with healthcare Mandatory
Location : 100% Remote
Role Description:
Day to Day -
β’ Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to target systems.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop effective data integration solutions.
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
β’ Optimize and enhance existing ETL processes for improved performance, reliability, and maintainability.
β’ Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy throughout the ETL pipeline.
β’ Collaborate with database administrators to design and implement data structures that support ETL processes and reporting requirements.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes, data quality, and data integration.
β’ Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
β’ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
β’ Stay up-to-date with Talend ETL tool updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies in data integration and ETL.
β’ Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of data integration solutions with business goals.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience as a Talend Developer with hands-on experience in ETL development.
β’ Strong proficiency in using Talend ETL tools to design and develop data integration workflows.
β’ Strong hands-on experience in Talend Data Integration and Data Mapper modules.
β’ Familiarity with processing healthcare file formats like X12, JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel.
β’ Working knowledge of both MongoDB and relational databases.
β’ Basic to intermediate coding skills in Java or Python for custom transformations.
β’ Healthcare experience is a must.
β’ 834, 837, 835 files understanding and enrollment workflow understanding is mandatory
