Tealeaf (Acoustic Experience Analytics)

Job Title: Senior Engineer - Tealeaf (Acoustic Experience Analytics) Location: Remote Job Description: Required Skills: • Tealeaf installation, upgrades, and patching • Configure and manage Tealeaf data processing pipeline • Tealeaf implementation, administration, and configuration – PCA, Canisters, Portal, Replay Server (minimum of 3–5 years’ experience) • Tealeaf analytics and replay configuration – Events, Dimensions, Privacy Rules, Replay Rules (minimum of 3–5 years’ experience) • Good understanding of website and web server architecture, cloud computing, including Web 2.0 (JSON, JavaScript) • Strong professional, communication/presentation skills with focus on value-added delivery Desired Skills: • Tealeaf deep-dive data analysis and presenting actionable business insights (minimum of 3–5 years’ experience) • Lead collaboration with development teams to build Tealeaf-compatible pages and APIs • Perform data analysis for web questions from both business and IT, identify insights, and present findings • Strong understanding of Tealeaf replay mechanics – ability to troubleshoot replay fidelity issues, optimize replay configurations, and communicate technical needs to web teams • Ability to work seamlessly and efficiently with both local and remote teams, managing follow-ups on a large number of diverse issues/questions • Familiar with cloud computing and cloud Tealeaf implementation • Familiarity with Splunk Education / Experience: • A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years’ relevant experience • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required • If the degree is not in the applicable field, four additional years of related experience are required • Typically performs all functional duties independently • Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis
