As a Tech Business Analyst Prin, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technology initiatives. Job Title: Tech Business Analyst Prin Location: Remote (with potential hybrid or onsite requirements in the future) Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? • Apply your expertise in energy industry billing processes and B2B exchanges to analyze production issues and guide project scope. • Craft detailed user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps, translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops to gather requirements and document business capabilities. • Conduct thorough analysis, including use case modeling and process mapping, to understand stakeholder needs and identify improvement opportunities. • Lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for applications, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from planning to implementation. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field. • 7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role. • Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and basic knowledge of SQL query development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated success in remote team working models. • Potential to convert; candidates should indicate willingness to convert on their resume.
