Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Tech Business Analyst Prin to join their team. As a Tech Business Analyst Prin, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technology initiatives. What's the Job?
โข Apply your expertise in energy industry billing processes and B2B exchanges to analyze production issues and guide project scope.
โข Craft detailed user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps, translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
โข Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops to gather requirements and document business capabilities.
โข Conduct thorough analysis, including use case modeling and process mapping, to understand stakeholder needs and identify improvement opportunities.
โข Lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for applications, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from planning to implementation.
What's Needed?
โข Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
โข 7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
โข Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and basic knowledge of SQL query development.
โข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated success in remote team working models.
