Technical Analyst β Enterprise Architecture
Remote (Denver, CO preferred)

This Technical Analyst role sits within the Enterprise Architecture function and plays a critical part in shaping how technology supports business strategy. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical analysis, documentation, and process improvement while partnering closely with architects, project teams, and IT leaders. Youβll have the opportunity to influence enterprise-level decisions, work with modern architecture tools, and contribute to initiatives that directly support long-term technology vision and execution.
Hereβs What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Collaborate with IT partners and architects to collect, validate, and maintain high-quality architecture data within enterprise tools such as LeanIX.
β’ Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into applications, technologies, roadmaps, and standards.
β’ Support enterprise architecture initiatives by documenting current-state and future-state system designs and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
β’ Serve as a scrum master for architecture-related work, managing backlogs, tracking progress, and facilitating delivery cadence.
β’ Act as a platform administrator for enterprise architecture tools, overseeing configuration, data integrity, and ongoing enhancements.
Hereβs What Our Ideal Candidate Has
β’ Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture or technology analysis, including familiarity with EAM frameworks and tools (LeanIX experience strongly preferred).
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data quality and consistency.
β’ Working knowledge of the IT systems development lifecycle and Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Lean, SAFe).
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
β’ A collaborative mindset, strong sense of ownership, and comfort navigating ambiguity while driving results.
