Role description
We are seeking a highly technical Technical Analyst to support mobile application monitoring, analytics, and platform engineering initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of native mobile development, observability, and automation, and will play a key role in scaling monitoring capabilities across a large enterprise environment. This individual will act as a subject matter expert for mobile applications, while contributing to tooling, integrations, and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility. Key Responsibilities Mobile Application Support • Serve as a technical resource for iOS and Android applications • Support SDK integrations and provide implementation guidance • Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and analyze app behavior • Assist with event tracking, validation, and data capture • Support onboarding and ensure application stability and performance • Contribute to incident analysis using monitoring tools Engineering, Automation & Tooling • Build automation scripts and internal tools to reduce manual effort • Develop and maintain API integrations across systems • Support dashboard development for application performance visibility • Enable self-service capabilities through tooling and automation Platform Implementation • Support rollout of monitoring solutions across applications • Assist with JavaScript tagging and front-end implementations • Work across native, web, and hybrid environments Innovation & Improvement • Contribute to prototyping and new solution development • Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve workflows • Collaborate to enhance team capabilities Required Qualifications • 3–5 years in mobile development or platform engineering • Experience with iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin) • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, SDK integrations, and performance troubleshooting • Experience with scripting/automation (Python, shell) • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data handling • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Preferred • Experience with monitoring/analytics tools • Familiarity with dashboards and visualization tools • Exposure to hybrid mobile apps • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments • Familiarity with CI/CD and developer workflows
