Required Qualifications • Demonstrated experience writing actionable technical requirements that translate directly into engineering deliverables. • Broad conceptual understanding of modern technologies, including AWS, networking, system architecture, and data management concepts. • Strong ability to visualize and document workflows and technical architectures. • Proven success managing diverse stakeholder groups and driving consensus across business and IT. • Track record of working on varied projects with differing scopes, industries, or technologies. • Hands-on technical exposure such as: • Troubleshooting APIs with tools like Postman. • Working with JSON and understanding API documentation/publication rules. • Addressing API authentication and security concerns. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare or familiarity with data exchange standards such as HL7 or FHIR. Work Environment • Operates as a small, highly collaborative team within a large enterprise—functioning as an internal consulting group. • Exposure to a wide variety of projects, often involving emerging technologies, fast turnaround times, and high visibility. • Flexible and dynamic environment where individuals may assume multiple roles (analyst, coordinator, scrum facilitator) to ensure project success. • Mission-driven culture focused on problem-solving, solution delivery, and seamless transition to operational teams.
