Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Technical Business Analyst, who will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by developing user stories, mapping processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery

Requirements:

   • Bachelor's degree is a plus

   • Develop/maintain user stories

   • Translating business into process flows

   • Able to collaborate with testing teams and support UAT processes

   • Understanding of APIs

   • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

   • Proficiency in using Jira is a plus

   • Technical understanding of KAFKA/Java is a plus

   • Ability to understand database queries is a plus

Responsibilities:

   • Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items to guide development teams through sprints

   • Translate business needs into clear system specifications and support the design of software solutions

   • Collaborate with the testing teams to ensure test cases are aligned with business requirements and user stories, and support UAT processes

   • Create and maintain business process maps and system documentation for both existing and new systems

   • Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams in a fast-paced agile environment

   • Leverage Jira to manage workflows, backlogs, and sprint tasks

   • Understand and work with APIs to support integration and system requirements
