This position is for a Technical Business Analyst role on the Performance Excellence Team supporting multiple global technology projects. The ideal candidate will work on projects in the following areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, general automation and process improvements. Exceptional English verbal & writing skills required.
Role Description
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements for projects
β’ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements
β’ Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
β’ Analyze technical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure that solutions align with business objectives
β’ Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, including system architecture and integration points
β’ Analyze data to support decision-making and identify patterns
β’ Develop test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and function as intended
β’ Assist in the change management process by helping stakeholders understand and adapt to new systems or processes
β’ Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met
β’ Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they understand and can effectively use new systems or processes
β’ Deliver weekly updates on completed work, planned tasks, and any challenges or roadblocks; prepare status reports to track progress
β’ Set up and manage basic Power BI dashboards for transparent status and task tracking
β’ Proactively engage with stakeholders to confirm tasks
β’ Prepare agendas and schedule status meetings with key team members

Requirements
β’ 8+ yearsβ experience with requirements gathering and writing technical business requirements documents in a corporate environment
β’ Proficient in Power BI with the ability to conduct data analysis
β’ Proficient in Power Automate with the ability to create and implement simple automated workflows
β’ Strong documentation and note-taking skills
β’ Excellent Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables and basic Power Query skills)
β’ Critical thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
β’ Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required
