Key Responsibilities:
β’ Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to automation and AI initiatives. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit functional and non-functional requirements and turn them into testable User Stories.
β’ Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, including the implementation of AI solutions. Utilize process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows.
β’ Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions that leverage AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
β’ Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate findings, present recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Maintain ongoing relationships for feedback and continuous improvement.
β’ SDLC Participation and Documentation: Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC process, including requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals, ensuring all relevant information is accessible for current and future reference.
β’ Testing and Validation: Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to develop test cases and test scripts for automated and AI-driven solutions. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
β’ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Hyperautomation and AI. Proactively recommend process improvements and automation opportunities that integrate AI capabilities.
Qualifications:
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. ??? TBD

β’ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation, AI, or IT-related fields. ??? TBD
β’ Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io).
