Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of experience with IT Identity Governance systems and processes.
3–5 years of experience with ServiceNow PPM, SPM, and Demand modules.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 1–2 years in ServiceNow or ITSM environments.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Change Management).
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Position Summary: The Business Analyst acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet organizational objectives and deliver measurable value. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables while supporting system enhancements and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture business needs.
Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.
Translate business objectives into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Solution Design & Collaboration
Work closely with developers, architects, and system engineers to validate technical feasibility.
Ensure alignment of solutions with ITIL processes and enterprise service management standards.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Identify gaps and recommend process optimizations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements, and release notes.
Support change management and training initiatives for new features.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop test cases and plans to validate requirements.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategic Project Support
Provide BA support and guidance to the ITS Identity Governance Project (FY26).
Develop a roadmap to migrate the heavily modified Demand Management Model to an alternative approach that enables more out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality of the ServiceNow Demand Module while meeting the needs of the Demand Management Team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Knowledge of integration points between IT systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
