Role description
Technical Business Analyst - UK, London - Fixed Term Contract This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Technical Business Analyst. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements. Responsibilities β€’ Manage Data Automation including assisting in development of strategy, and leading facilitation & development of a detailed plan for delivering Data Automation. β€’ Identify areas of concern, issues and problems that could impact quality or delivery of the Data Automation project. Facilitate resolutions. β€’ Conduct technical, quality & progress reviews to frequency agreed with SR PM β€’ Engage with stakeholders from project teams, function teams and others as necessary. β€’ Coordinate across portfolios, programmes and projects to ensure the automation project is capturing data from the appropriate sources. β€’ Ensure appropriate data storage, archiving and security is developed and maintained. β€’ Coordinate automation activities accommodate monthly cycle of activities necessary to prepare the reports. Requirements: β€’ Data Management expertise β€’ Power BI experience as well as other data management software systems; β€’ Facilitator; good written, graphic and presentation skills; β€’ Confident and able to work closely with project-based staff to obtain best results. β€’ Able to deal with people working in stressful environments. β€’ Proven work experience as a Project Manager or BI Analyst β€’ Experience of working on projects with Power BI β€’ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and reporting β€’ Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools β€’ Strong problem-solving and communication skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously β€’ BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
