Summary: We’re seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst in Peoria, IL (Local candidates strongly preferred). Job title: Technical Business Systems Analyst Work Location: Peoria, IL (Local candidates strongly preferred). Duration: 12 Months Contract (To be extended for 3+ Years) Hourly Rate: $43-48 per hour Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in business processes and systems. Technical Skills Required: • Previous similar experience as business analyst for the development of large and complex IT solution and be familiar with IT Development using Agile methodology as well as the various programming languages used at client (for example: Java, Postgre SQL, AWS…). • Hands-on experience tracking work items, managing user stories, and collaborating with Scrum teams via Azure DevOps • Ensure that the future solution is achieved in compliance with internal policies and procedures and external laws and regulations (SOX). Soft Skills Required • Good human relation skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with business partners and IT teams. • Must have a passion for enabling change • Good effective communications skills. • Have excellent collaboration skills.
