We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong skills in data analysis, metrics reporting, and systems modeling. Ideal candidates are hands-on with tools like Datadog, Tableau, SQL, UML/C4 models, and have experience working on executive dashboards and operations metrics.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Datadog – Monitoring & Alerting
✅ Tableau – Dashboards & Data Visualization
✅ SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQLite)
✅ System analysis diagrams – UML or C4 Model
✅ Metrics reporting, KPIs, operating cost analysis
✅ Experience with Jira, Confluence
✅ Good understanding of BigQuery, CloudWatch, Kibana/OpenSearch
Responsibilities:
• Analyze system gaps and develop architectural diagrams
• Build dashboards and generate key performance metrics
• Manage device inventory and associated metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements
• Write Epics/Features and contribute to agile planning
Preferred Background:
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Analytics
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
