The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between the business and IT departments of our company. The role requires the Business Analyst to be detail-oriented and highly innovative to translate the business needs into a system solution, and vice versa, with current programs, projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include analysis and assessment needed for the identification of system requirements and functional definition of planned system changes within an application or in considering a new technology solution. The Business Analyst works with the project or program manager, the business and IT Teams to identify and implement system solutions that support more efficient processes within a system as well as any areas that may impact the system performance. • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products. • Working technical knowledge of SQL; data validation experience, software configuration • Agile methodology expertise; experience with Jira or Azure DevOps • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts; Qlik or Power BI preferred. • Extensive experience with core software applications, specifically JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Experience with enterprise level products such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk is a plus. • Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and mainframe applications. • Demonstrated project management skills. • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
