requirements to support key decision-making processes. In this role, the Business Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders and project teams
to identify business challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities involve conducting data analysis, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, developing business cases, facilitating/governing user acceptance testing and assisting in the implementation of business process improvement. The role demands analytical thinking, an inquisitive mind, the ability to see outside the box, as well as the skill to probe and extract details that others
may not see, problem-solving capabilities, and a detailed understanding of business operations to drive effective solutions and deliver tangible business benefits.
