Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst – Remote with occasional Travel Domain: Equipment/Asset Finance (Must) Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization. • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams. • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system solutions that meet business objectives. • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions. • Support UAT coordination, system testing, and post-implementation support. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment. • Strong background in asset finance or equipment finance operations. • Proven ability to create process flows, wireframes, and technical documentation. • Experience with SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence tools. • Excellent communication skills with ability to work across business and technical teams. Preferred Skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Familiarity with finance systems and lending platforms. • Background in system integrations and API implementations.
