Technical Business Analyst

We seek to hire an Apex Developer / Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle methodologies to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is for client that uses Oracle applications to enhance business processes and ensure efficient operations. This position is a remote contract role based in U.S. or Canada but works the eastern time zone. General Duties • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders. • Configure Oracle applications to meet business needs. • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions with existing systems. Specific Tasks • Develop functional specifications for system enhancements. • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate solutions. • Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. Technical Skills • Proficiency in Oracle applications, particularly Oracle Apex, Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud. • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and SQL knowledge. • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes. Soft Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
