Technical Business Analyst Reading (Hybrid Working) 6 months contract Are you a skilled Technical Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business? Do you have a passion for driving real value through clear requirements, sound solution design, and strong stakeholder collaboration? We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT function on a 6-month contract. You’ll play a key role in delivering systems change and transformation projects for the UK’s leading mobile infrastructure services company. 🔍 Your Role Will Involve: • Acting as the key liaison between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders • Capturing business needs and translating them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements • Producing As-Is / To-Be process flows, high-level design documentation, and solution overviews • Reviewing third-party supplier documentation to ensure alignment with business goals • Designing scalable, repeatable, and standards-based solutions in line with enterprise architecture • Using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) to create POCs that support refined solutioning • Collaborating with enterprise architects, developers, and security teams to deliver secure, future-ready platforms • Ensuring all solutions are risk-assessed, technically sound, and deliver exceptional user experiences 🧰 Your Technical Toolkit: • Proven experience with API integrations – REST, Azure API Management, Integration APIs • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform • Strong understanding of systems integration and multi-vendor project environments • Experience working across cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid project settings 🤝 What We’re Looking For: • Demonstrable experience bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions • Experience designing systems change across platforms, ensuring alignment with IT strategy • Experience presenting at technical governance forums (preferred) To apply for the Technical Business Analyst please send your CV to Jagadeshwar.Sandhi@projectpeople.com
