Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities» Technical systems and tools frequently utilized include: • Salesforce CRM • Miro • Microsoft 365 suite • Marketing Cloud • IT Business Management Minimum Qualifications • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist • Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams. • Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/rankin What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: Salesforce Technical Knowledge • Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems. Problem-Solving • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce. While you don't need to know all the answers, you must have the curiosity to find them. Project Management • Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing. Interested?
