Role description
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Clinical Data & Quality Metrics Location: Any East Coast, US. Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a clinical data platform initiative focused on establishing quality oversight metrics and KPIs. The role involves working closely with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to analyze clinical data flowing from multiple source systems into a data lake, supporting transformation workflows, semantic data modeling, and reporting through BI tools. Analyze and document data flows from multiple clinical source systems into the Databricks data lake environment. Work with business stakeholders to refine and document quality oversight metrics and define actionable KPIs for clinical data governance. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for reporting and analytics solution Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and the documentation of business processes, data definitions, and metric logic Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in data and analytics initiatives. Experience with clinical data environments and data governance practices. Experience working with data lakes and modern data platforms (preferably Databricks).
