Role description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our Digital Experience Team, with a specialized focus on the RTT (Real-Time Transactions) digital ordering platform. In this role, you will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, customer care, and technical teams, translating operational needs into actionable insights and technical requirements. Your mission is to drive platform reliability, performance, and innovation across mobile and web ordering channels.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to the RTT platform, including mobile and web ordering issues.
β’ Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for real-time transaction failures, order discrepancies, and system outages.
β’ Collaborate closely with DevOps, digital product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless functionality and timely resolution of platform issues.
β’ Lead on-the-ground development efforts to help RTT reach its strategic goals, working hands-on with internal tools and systems.
β’ Identify and implement enhancements to internal development tools that support operational efficiency and platform scalability.
β’ Analyze transaction data and user behavior to identify performance trends, friction points, and opportunities for optimization.
β’ Translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation for development teams, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Support the rollout of new features and enhancements by validating functionality, coordinating UAT, and gathering stakeholder feedback.
β’ Maintain detailed documentation of issue resolutions, platform updates, and process improvements to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Must Haves:
β’ Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience as a technical business analyst supporting public-facing websites and mobile application development
β’ Ability to write clean, structured, and actionable PDIs (Product Definition Initiatives) that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
β’ Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
β’ Experience supporting and troubleshooting EDI applications.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and drive effective solutions.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
β’ Excellent documentation skills with attention to clarity and detail.
β’ Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating across marketing, technology, and operations teams.
