Role description
Position Summary Under general supervision, the Salesforce Business Analyst analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems. This role works closely with business and technical teams to ensure Salesforce and related systems support organizational goals and operational efficiency. Technical Systems & Tools The following tools and systems are frequently utilized: • Salesforce CRM • Salesforce Marketing Cloud • IT Business Management tools • Miro • Microsoft 365 Suite Key Responsibilities User Support Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues. Reporting & Analytics Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including: • Cross-filters • Custom report types Marketing Cloud Development Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features, including: • Cloud Pages to support digital communications and data capture workflows Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions. Data Management Ensure data quality and consistency across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud by: • Troubleshooting list and segmentation issues • Monitoring automation behavior • Maintaining clean and reliable datasets Documentation Document processes, system enhancements, and recommendations to support continuous operational improvement and knowledge sharing.
