Technical Business Analyst

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (EH&S BACKGROUND WOULD BE HUGE ADD) Location: Dallas, TX (ONSITE) Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives. • Demonstrated experience working on large, complex enterprise environments supporting enterprise-scale applications and systems. • Experience working for Fortune 500 or similarly large organizations with complex business and technical ecosystems. • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Experience writing detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive-level business stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. • Experience with requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar platforms. • Ability to analyze system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise application architecture at a high level. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) applications, business processes, or regulatory initiatives is highly preferred. • • • • • • • HIGHLY FAVORABLE!!! • • • • • Experience with enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus. • Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and enterprise reporting solutions.
