Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a passion for bridging the gap between business and IT in high-impact, security-focused projects? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and drive the success of network connectivity, resilience, and transformation initiatives.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on business analysis efforts across network transformation, test uplift, and resilience planning.
• Gather, define, and manage business and technical requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct risk assessments for network infrastructure and help shape effective mitigation strategies.
• Create clear, comprehensive documentation including user stories, test cases, and security requirements.
• Liaise between business, technical, and project teams to ensure alignment and solution clarity.
• Support yearly planning, business case development, and in-flight project delivery.
• Communicate project updates and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Assist in testing phases such as UAT and security testing to validate solutions against requirements.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption for new security implementations.
• Provide training and support on network security systems and protocols as needed.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role, ideally within IT, security, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
• Financial services or banking sector experience is highly desirable
• Exposure to security tools and processes: firewalls, IDS/IPS, access controls, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, with strong project delivery acumen.
• A sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to documentation and communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
