Role description
β€’ 6+ month Contract β€’ Contract Rate: $70-100/hr on W2 β€’ 2-3 days onsite in downtown Dallas (Thursday in office) β€’ Must attend onsite interview Summary: The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for the overall coordination and follow up of requirements gathering for Data Management related projects, including: Responsibilities: β€’ Liaison between business users and technical team β€’ Schedule business requirements sessions, document meeting minutes and track follow-ups β€’ Write Business Requirement Documents β€’ Assist with Technical Design and Data Lineage Documents β€’ Ensure Technical Design addresses the Business Requirements β€’ Effectively track the progress across projects and ensure business requirements are being followed β€’ Coordinate planned releases and send out release announcements β€’ Assist in creating, tracking and following up on JIRA tickets β€’ Conduct Stakeholder Interviews and facilitate meetings for requirements elicitation Qualifications: β€’ 6+ years working as a Technical BA β€’ 6+ years working on Agile projects β€’ 4+ years of SQL experience (Oracle and SQL Server, MongoDB a plus) β€’ 4+ years of Data Analysis/troubleshooting β€’ 4+ years writing Business Requirements, Technical Design and Data Lineage Documents β€’ Ability to interpret business requirements into technical requirements β€’ Strong Meeting Facilitator β€’ Excellent communication skills
