Description
β’ Under general supervision, analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems.
β’ Scope of Work: This role is the subject matter expert and the go-to for troubleshooting resources for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud.
β’ This role integrates complex analytical and technical capabilities within our Salesforce and Marketing Cloud instance.
β’ This role troubleshoots ongoing technical and data integration issues within Salesforce. Additionally, this role manages UAT, as well as the adoption and enablement to hand back to functional users.
β’ Functional users include a diverse group of both technical and non-technical staff in the business unit.
β’ Technical systems and tools frequently utilized include:
β’ Salesforce CRM
β’ Marketing Cloud
β’ IT Business Management
β’ Miro
β’ Microsoft 365 suite
β’ Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex Salesforce issues.
β’ Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including use of crossβfilters and custom report types.
β’ Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as: - Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
β’ Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
β’ Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.

β’ Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder

β’ Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce. While you don't need to know all the answers, you must have the curiosity to find them.
β’ Project Management: Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing.
β’ Salesforce Technical Knowledge: Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems
β’ This role requires an advanced knowledge of various documentation processes, business system architecture and associated technologies, advanced skills in data organization and analysis, problem solving, systems documentation and report writing as applied within assigned system(s).
β’ Additionally, this role requires skills in functional leadership and cross communication between functional user and technical groups, the ability to manage work on multiple projects with competing priorities, effective analytical and presentation skills, excellent organization, time management skills, and professionalism.

It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
