About the Role:
β’ We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong business acumen and technical expertise to join our Digital Platform team. This role will work onsite and closely collaborate with both business stakeholders and development teams to support product initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in translating business needs into clear technical requirements, is comfortable with SQL for data analysis, and has experience creating wireframes to support feature development.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable specifications.
β’ Work closely with the Sr. Product Owner to understand and clarify business needs, user stories, and priorities.
β’ Gather, document, and validate detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
β’ Create process flows, wireframes, mockups, and use case diagrams to support design and development.
β’ Conduct data analysis using SQL to identify patterns, validate features, and support decision-making.
β’ Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups with the Agile Scrum team.
β’ Assist with acceptance criteria definition, and support QA and UAT phases.
β’ Support the development team with clarifications during implementation.
β’ Ensure solutions align with strategic goals and meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a digital/technology-driven environment.
β’ Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating data.
β’ Experience creating wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.
β’ Working knowledge of Agile practices, especially Scrum.
β’ Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TFS.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Understanding of digital technologies like Angular, React, and RESTful APIs.
β’ Experience working alongside Product Owners and UX/UI designers.
β’ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
