Technical Delivery Manager Location: London (3 days on-site required) Contract Length: 6 months. Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead the charge in implementing compliance-related platforms and services across the region. Purpose of the Role: As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will: • Define and deliver an IT program that transforms compliance processes. • Mobilize, coordinate, and train resources while engaging stakeholders from both business and technology teams. • Oversee the service operating model to ensure a seamless transition post-go-live to the BAU service owners. Key Responsibilities: Technology Delivery Management: • Set clear objectives, success factors, KPIs, and deliverables. • Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans-covering timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management. • Implement stakeholder governance to track progress, manage scope, and mitigate risks. • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently. • Oversee multiple delivery streams from various IT areas and vendors. Architecture: • Conduct stakeholder meetings to validate solution architecture. • Document business requirements, capabilities, and technical specifications meticulously. • Validate target-state solution architecture and service catalogues. Business Process Improvement: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process pain points and areas for improvement. • Analyze current processes and innovate solutions to enhance efficiency. • Lead reengineering efforts to optimize operational performance. Platform Adoption: • Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter. • Provide training and support to ensure successful platform adoption by end-users. Team Management: • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts. • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives. Required Skills and Experience: • Extensive experience in the financial sector and regulated organizations focusing on compliance solution delivery. • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) setups. • Proven track record in developing technical data integration solutions in medium to large enterprises. • Experience leading delivery teams in a global or regional organization across multiple jurisdictions. • Strong experience delivering complex data platform projects using C#, SQL, JSON, XML, APIs, and message bus technology. • Solid knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and integration technologies. • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in various data architectures. • A collaborative spirit and a curiosity to learn and explore new delivery methodologies.
