Role: Manufacturing Engineer .
Typically Required
β’ Should have Strong development experience in Modular Framework Strong knowledge on Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC)
β’ Should have Strong knowledge on Java coding skills.
β’ Configure and develop MES applications based on functional specifications, ensuring compliance with programming standards and industry regulations.
β’ Provide technical support for MES installations, application upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, including problem diagnosis and resolution
β’ Collaborate with clients to understand their discrete manufacturing processes, production goals, and challenges.
β’ Conduct detailed assessments and gap analysis of the existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for MES integration and optimization.
β’ Design and develop customized MES solutions that align with clients' business objectives and production requirements.
β’ Lead MES implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and production.
β’ Provide expert-level guidance on the configuration, customization, and integration of MES software modules to meet clients' unique needs.
β’ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISA-95, while implementing MES solutions.
β’ Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively understand manufacturing processes and business objectives, translating them into actionable MES architecture plans.
β’ Define data integration strategies to enable real-time data exchange between MES and ERP, PLC, SCADA, and other systems.
β’ Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
