Tech Lead – Backend/Data Engineering
Hybrid (3 days/week in Mountain View, CA)
As a Tech Lead, you’ll translate complex product requirements into robust technical solutions, design scalable APIs and data systems, and guide your team through agile development cycles.
🔧Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and scalable data infrastructure
• Architect and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres)
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and structured data schemas
• Lead debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of production issues
• Mentor team members and actively contribute to agile ceremonies
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience as a Back End, Full Stack, or Data Engineer
• Strong expertise in Node.js and service-oriented architecture
• Deep knowledge of SQL and database design (relational and NoSQL)
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows and AWS
• Experience with ETL pipeline development and data modeling
• Proven ability to write reliable unit and functional tests
