Technical Lead

Job Title: Senior System Analyst/Technical Lead (Financial Systems) Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 1 Years+ Client: [Confidential / Government / Enterprise] Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support enterprise-level financial systems within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves leading software development efforts, analyzing complex business processes, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working with financial applications. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer, Development Manager, or Senior Software Engineer. • 5+ years of experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Oracle. • Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio). • Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernate. • Proven experience working with financial systems or applications. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a Lead Developer and Subject Matter Expert for applications supporting complex financial business processes. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust enterprise applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement system enhancements and process improvements. • Provide guidance and oversight to QA teams throughout the development lifecycle (development, integration, staging, and production). • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using effective problem-solving techniques. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including defining roadmaps, standardizing processes, and implementing best practices. • Analyze existing systems and business workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and re-engineering. • Ensure adherence to software development standards, methodologies, and documentation practices. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams and business users. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or government environments. • Familiarity with process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
