Tech Lead / Full Stack Developer (Offshore) - 12 Month Contract Location: Remote (Offshore) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Commitment: 12-month contract About Us We're a small, fast-moving team building innovative digital products across wellness, education, and entertainment. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead the development team and actively contribute to both frontend and backend codebases • Architect and implement scalable, maintainable full-stack software solutions • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless, impactful features • Define and enforce technical standards and best practices across the entire development lifecycle • Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation Requirements • Strong proficiency in Python 3.X and FastAPI for backend development • Advanced experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Zustand for frontend development • Extensive hands-on experience with Docker and containerization workflows • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring remote teams • Ability to balance and deliver high-quality frontend and backend solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development setting To Apply Please send: • Your CV highlighting relevant full-stack and leadership experience • Links to projects or repositories demonstrating your technical and leadership skills • A brief note outlining your approach to full-stack development and team leadership • Your availability and expected compensation
