Role Overview
Experienced Technical Lead specializing in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and microservices architecture. Responsible for leading development teams, driving low-level design, and delivering robust enterprise applications using modern technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of developers in low-level design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice enforcement across Java, Spring, and database technologies
• Design and develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Troubleshot and resolved complex production issues ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity and code quality
• Current with industry trends including Generative AI and Agentic AI applications
