🔹 Role Overview
• Overall 7–10 years of experience in the IT industry
• 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience
• Strong background in enterprise application development and BPM solutions
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement Appian BPM applications
• Build enterprise-level web applications using object-oriented technologies
• Lead a team of developers and ensure high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and customers
• Work in Agile development environments
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–5 years of experience in enterprise web application development
• 2+ years of experience in BPM application design
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership
• Experience with J2EE / .NET platforms
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server
• Appian Level 2 Certification (mandatory/preferred)
• Working knowledge of Windows & Linux OS
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
