We’re Hiring: Appian Developer / Appian Lead We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer / Appian Lead to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about BPM solutions and enterprise application development, we’d love to connect with you. 🔹 Role Overview • Overall 7–10 years of experience in the IT industry • 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience • Strong background in enterprise application development and BPM solutions • Experience leading and mentoring development teams 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement Appian BPM applications • Build enterprise-level web applications using object-oriented technologies • Lead a team of developers and ensure high-quality delivery • Collaborate with global stakeholders and customers • Work in Agile development environments 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications • 4–5 years of experience in enterprise web application development • 2+ years of experience in BPM application design • 3+ years of experience in team leadership • Experience with J2EE / .NET platforms • Strong knowledge of RDBMS: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server • Appian Level 2 Certification (mandatory/preferred) • Working knowledge of Windows & Linux OS • Understanding of networking concepts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Willingness to travel as required 🔹 Nice to Have • Telecom domain experience 🔹 Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise applications • Exposure to global customers and cutting-edge BPM solutions • Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment 📩 Interested candidates can apply here or reach out directly by sharing their updated resume.
